Below you will find our custom carton style offerings and the minimum order quantities for each carton style. Take into consideration that the minimum order quantity is for each custom egg carton SKU that you plan on purchasing.

PAPER-PULP CUSTOM EGG CARTONS

Our paper-pulp custom orders are high quality cartons and come in View Style (windows or holes on the top lid so there is a sneak peek of the eggs inside the carton) and Flattop Style (no windows on top lid, must open carton to see eggs

Minimum Order is 30,000 cartons (200 bundles containing 150 cartons per bundle, equals 6 pallets). Direct Print includes up to 3 colors of ink on top, 2 colors on front and back panels. Side printing is available for an additional cost. Standard cell (small through extra-large) and jumbo cell available. Typical lead time on new orders is 3-4 months.

Minimum Order is 25,000 cartons (200 bundles of 125 cartons per bundle, equals appx. 6-7 pallets). Direct print cartons include up to 3 colors of ink on top, 2 colors on front and back panels, and 1 color on the in-lid. Standard cell (small through extra-large) only. Typical lead time on new orders is 3-4 months.

Minimum Order is 25,000 cartons (200 bundles of 125 cartons per bundle, equals appx. 6-7 pallets). Labels are 4 colors pre-applied to the carton (wraps from back panel across top and around to front panel, includes 1 color printing on the in-lid. Side printing is available for an additional cost. Standard cell (small through extra-large) only. Typical lead time on new orders is 3-4 months.

 

Colored (tinted) Paper-Pulp View Style - Direct Print:

Minimums and lead times vary depending on the carton color and current production schedule. Available in blue, pink, brown, teal and lime. Standard cell (small through extra-large) only.

HYBRID CUSTOM EGG CARTONS

Our hybrid cartons are a unique blend of traditional paper-pulp on the bottom with a stunning paperboard lid which can be printed in full color.

Minimum order is 50,000 (400 bundles of 125 cartons per bundle / appx. 12-14 pallets). Minimum quantity may vary depending on production schedule. This new take on a traditional 12-pack egg carton substitutes the standard molded pulp lid with functional paperboard lid, drastically expanding the graphic possibilities, allowing for striking, full color print (outside and inside), and provides more design space than labeled molded pulp cartons. The base provides the proven protection of molded pulp with special, elongated base posts to protect the eggs and add vertical strength. The non-glare finish allows consumers to easily view the package in bright supermarket refrigerators without the glare generated by plastic containers. Winner of the 2014 Paperboard Package of the Year Award. Standard cell (small through extra-large) only. Typical lead time on new orders is 3-5 months (a minimum of 6 weeks from art approval).

CUSTOM STYROFOAM EGG CARTONS

Our Styrofoam custom orders are high quality cartons and are available in white, pink, green, yellow and blue.

  • Styrofoam Flattop Style Cartons - Direct Print: Minimum Order is 20,000 standard cell cartons (80 bundles of 250 cartons per bundle, equals 5 pallets). Jumbo cell minimum 16,000 cartons (80 bundles of 200 cartons per bundle, equals 5 pallets). Direct Print includes up to 3 colors of ink on top, 2 colors on front and back back panels and 1 color on the inlid. Side printing is available for an additional cost. Standard cell (small through extra-large) and jumbo cell available. Typical lead time on new orders is 1-3 months.
