SHIPPING:
Shipping to the mainland 48 states within the United States on all products. Egg Cartons and Filler Flats available for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. If you have questions on other products, or would like to ship to another location, please call and we can help determine the best shipping method and rate for you. Please be aware that there will be additional shipping charges to alternative locations on all items.
Free Shipping items will show a blue truck with the words FREE SHIPPING, not all items have free shipping. All cartons and paper pulp filler flats and many other items have free shipping within the contiguous U.S. Shipping is additional for orders to Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping Methods:
Egg Cartons, Paper Pulp Filler Flats and Corrugated Egg Boxes: These items ship via UPS Home Delivery or regular Ground. Shipping times vary by location; please allow 1-5 business days after shipment for your package to arrive. If your order for these items is placed by 12:00 P.M. PST (3:00 P.M. EST) Monday through Friday, it will typically ship the same day. Use the reference chart below to calculate your transit time. (Please note: orders of 2,000 cartons or more typically ship on pallets via an LTL carrier of our choice; please call to inquire about LTL carrier time frames for orders of 2,000 cartons or more.)
If you require faster service, please call to inquire. We would be happy to verify if expedited service is available for your package. Carton Stamps and Egg Stamps: Carton stamps and egg stamps ship via the U.S. Postal Service. Carton stamps typically ship within 1 business day after the order is placed. Egg stamps are manufactured in Europe and take longer to make and ship; typically you will receive your egg stamp within 2-3 weeks after your order is placed.
Other items: Most other items ship UPS Ground service. Shipping times vary by location - please allow 1-7 days after shipment to receive your order. Please allow 3-8 days for order processing for all Kuhl items. Tracking numbers will be provided once items have shipped. If you require faster service, please call. We would be happy to verify if a Two-Day or Next Day Air service is available for your package for an additional charge.

RETURNS:
The Egg Carton Store is dedicated to providing you with high quality merchandise at affordable prices. If there are defects or problems with your order we will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Due to issues with biosecurity and flock safety, we can not allow product returns for egg cartons, other food packaging or food processing products.
Carton stamps, labels and egg stamps are made-to-order items and cannot be returned for reasons other than an error or manufacturer defect.
Kuhl Corp - Item must be in new condition, undamaged and returned in original packaging. Credit or return claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order.You must first request an RMA number before returning items. Please note that there is a 20% manufacturer's restocking fee for all items (plastic items, nests, scales, candlers, etc.). Shipping costs will not be refunded and return shipping is the purchaser's responsibility. Credit will be issued after item is returned.All returns are subject to refusal.
Other items/manufacturers may have restocking fees, please call to inquire about specific item.
CANCELLATIONS:
All order cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card fee.
