Shipping Information

We ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states. Select items, including Egg Cartons and Filler Flats, are also available for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

If you would like to ship to another location or have questions about specific products, please contact us — we’re happy to help determine the best shipping options and rates.

Note: Additional shipping charges apply for orders shipped outside the contiguous U.S.

Free Shipping

Products eligible for free shipping are marked with a blue truck icon labeled FREE SHIPPING. Many items, including most cartons and paper pulp filler flats, qualify for free shipping within the contiguous U.S. Please note, not all products include free shipping.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Egg Cartons, Paper Pulp Filler Flats, Corrugated Egg Boxes

  • Carrier: FedEx Home Delivery or FedEx Ground
  • Delivery Time: 1–5 business days after shipment (varies by location)
  • Order Processing: Orders placed by 12:00 PM PST / 3:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday, typically ship the same day (not guaranteed).

Pallet Orders (Full and Mini Pallets)

  • Carrier: LTL Freight
  • Transit Time: Varies — please call for details.
  • Note: If a pallet is undeliverable and returned, you are responsible for reshipping costs.

Kuhl Corp Products

  • Carrier: UPS Ground
  • Processing Time: 2–4 business days
  • Delivery Time: 1–5 business days after shipment

Carton Stamps & Egg Stamps

  • Carton Stamps: Ship via USPS within 1 business day.
  • Egg Stamps: Manufactured in Europe; delivery within 4–8 weeks.

Other Items

  • Carrier: FedEx/UPS Ground (unless otherwise specified)
  • Delivery Time: 1–7 business days after shipment

Expedited Shipping: Need it faster? Contact us for availability of Two-Day or Next Day Air service. Additional charges apply.

Returns Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality products at affordable prices. If your order arrives defective or incorrect, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

General Return Policy

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items unless noted otherwise.
  • Returns must be authorized before shipping. Please contact us for instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Egg Cartons, Food Packaging, and Food Processing Products cannot be returned due to biosecurity concerns.
  • Custom Products (Carton Stamps, Labels, Egg Stamps) are non-returnable unless defective or due to our error.

Special Product Returns

CoolBots:

  • Returns accepted within 30 days if unopened and undamaged.
  • Refund issued after inspection.

Kuhl Corp Products:

  • Must be returned within 30 days in new, undamaged condition, in original packaging.
  • Requires an RMA number prior to return.
  • Subject to a 20% manufacturer’s restocking fee.
  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • All returns are subject to inspection and may be refused.

Order Cancellations

  • All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
