Does The Egg Carton Store offer free shipping on all egg cartons?
Yes, we offer 100% free shipping on our cartons & filler flats for our customers in the contiguous US – no matter the quantity. The only exception is our custom cartons where shipping is priced separately.
For our valued customers in Alaska & Hawaii, a small shipping fee is required to cover extra transport costs.
Does The Egg Carton Store offer wholesale pricing for Egg Cartons & Filler Flats?
Yes. Paper-pulp egg cartons & filler flats are available at wholesale pricing on our website (up to two pallets). Pricing is tiered, so the more cartons you purchase, the more you save. For inquiries of 3 or more pallets, please contact us by phone or email to receive a quote.
Does The Egg Carton Store offer bulk quantities on other products (poultry care, egg shipping products, etc.)?
Yes. Most of the products on our website are available in larger quantities. Give us a call and we can put together a quote for you!

Can I create a fully custom label with my own artwork?
Yes, absolutely! Send your design to customerservice@eggcartonstore.com with your desired label size, and we can put together a proof for you. Once approved, we can print and ship out same day. There is a $10 custom charge for original artwork.

Can you mail me a catalog?
We are no longer offering catalogs. Please give us a call to inquire about products!
My business is tax-exempt. Can I get this information added to my account?
Yes, we can set it up so that your tax exempt status is saved to your account. Please email customerservice@eggcartonstore.com with the appropriate paperwork and we will get you set up!
My order says that it has been delivered, but I still have not received it.
Sometimes FedEx /UPS tracking is not 100% up to date. If your order tracking does not update after 48 hours, give us a call or email and we can help locate your package. We also recommend asking neighbors to see if the package was delivered to the wrong address.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, & Amazon Pay. You can also pay via wire transfer or check by mail. Please reach out to us via call or email with any questions regarding payment and we will be happy to help!
The item I want is out of stock. What can I do?
We apologize for any inconveniences caused by out-of-stock products. Nationwide supply chain issues have made it difficult to keep certain items in inventory.
If your item is out of stock, look on the website for an estimated arrival date or give us a call. We can let you know the expected restock date and put your name on our list to call once the item is available to purchase again.
If you need more cartons ASAP, we can help you find a similar product that will fit your business’ needs.
Egg cartons, food packaging, and food processing products are not eligible for return due to biosecurity and flock safety risks—what does that mean?
Biosecurity measures are practices implemented to prevent disease from entering a farm and spreading between flocks. We want your birds to be safe and healthy, and so to prevent cross-contamination, we unfortunately are not able to accept any returns on these items.
My paper pulp cartons looked stained. What are these brown marks on them?
Don’t worry, they’re not dirty! Those marks on your cartons are probably slight discolorations from the drying process and the recycled paper and are a normal side effect of the manufacturing process. After the wet pulp material is formed into cartons, they are put through a giant heated dryer. Some parts of the carton can dry faster than others because it is made from a mix of recycled fiber content, and this can cause some areas to dry differently than others. These cartons are made from 100% recycled paper, so there can be different shades of paper.

There are items missing from the order I received. Did the whole order ship together?
We carry a variety of products that ship from locations across the United States, so some of your items may ship separately. You should receive an email when each shipment from your order is on its way to you so that you can track your order and stay up-to-date on when all of your items should arrive.

To get started selling or donating your eggs, we recommend going with a blank paper-pulp carton. These are our most cost-effective cartons, plus, they’re 100% recyclable!
