The KUHL P-23-PLUG Plastic 3 Gallon Fountain has a fill-plug base that makes filling faster and more efficient. With the exception of the fill-plug base, it is the same as the tried-and-true KUHL-P23. This unit is equipped with a heavy-duty nylon handle and designed with no seams to insure a leak-free unit.The fountain will not rust, rot or corrode and is easy to clean and will not develop the strong smell or taste that transpire from galvanized metal models. This is by far the best manual style fountain on the market today.
