Description
Our tri-fold clear plastic split-6 carton holds small through extra-large eggs. Snap apart design allows for two complete 6 pack cartons or keep them attached for a 12-egg carton! The tri-fold technology offers great egg protection because the fold comes over the eggs, holding them in place and lending extra support to the carton lid. Tabs lock the lid into place. Print your own insert and place it into the top of the carton, or put labels on the tops, both work great! 100% transparent plastic and made from recycled PET 1.

100% recyclable PET 1 plastic (aka PETE and polyethylene terephthalate) is a safe, lightweight, low-cost and recyclable plastic used to make soda and water bottles as well as egg cartons! It is picked up through most curbside recycling programs and then recycled into tote bags, furniture, carpet, paneling, fiber, and polar fleece. Though it takes energy and petroleum to create PET, it is 100% recyclable.

Egg crate order
I was very pleased with egg crates we received from your company they arrived in a timely fashion and we are pleased with the product. The only minor issue was with the shipping container, it was open when it arrived not sure if that was done by the shipper or the way the box was sealed (nothing was missing or damaged). nice cartons!
Really fast service and an excellent product. The ability to use the cartons for either a dozen or break in half to use for 6 eggs is really helpful. I also enjoy being able to see the different colored eggs through the clear plastic.

good for 1/2 dozens
These cartons can contain a dozen eggs but snap in half for 1/2 dozens. I had intended to use them for both dozens and half dozens, but they aren't really stable enough and seem likely to snap into halved when filled with a whole dozen.
